These terms set out how Zeniwell works with its direct sellers, and what we do and do not promise about income.
Self-declaration
Bioani India Pvt Ltd declares that it complies with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and is not involved in any pyramid scheme or money circulation scheme, and that it does not promote any such scheme or enrol any person into one.
Income disclosure
Income depends on individual effort, time invested and the ability to build a customer base. No level of earnings is guaranteed, promised or implied. Zeniwell does not represent direct selling as a guaranteed source of income.
No payment for enrolment alone
No compensation is paid for the act of recruiting another person. Earnings arise from the sale of products to real customers.
Buy-back and refunds
Terms for the return and buy-back of unsold, marketable product are To be confirmed and will be published here in full before enrolment opens.
Cooling-off period
The cooling-off period during which a new direct seller may withdraw is To be confirmed.
Delisted direct sellers
A record identifying direct sellers who have been delisted is maintained and made available on this website.
